Im looking for the kind like at that car store at southridge. I have at least 30 diecast cars that I would like to display. If they are too expensive, Im not going to do it right now but I just wanted to see what was out there.

Look for curio cabinets.
They almost all have lighting in them, and are nice looking.

Some are kinda gay though.

But $200 will get you a nice huge one, like so: http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/hsh/529434993.html

I have one I actually wouldn't mind selling for what I bought it for. I am not at home so can't measure right now, but it is more like a bookshelf size rather than square - maybe 10-12" deep by maybe 3 feet wide by like 6 feet tall with glass doors and sides and a light in it. Its a dark wood and older but it is in very decent shape. I paid $60 for it, I'd sell it for that since it doesn't really match the other cabinets and shelves I have so i haven't used it. Let me know if interested and I can get pictures or something.
