outlook express?

my outlook express wont work and i dont know why??? can i redownload it or something like that? i need it to send emails on craiglists..thanks

Control Panel
Add/Remove Programs
Select Add/Remove Windows Components on the left.
Uncheck Outlook Express and continue the prompts.
Then, do the same thing but this time check Outlook Express.
You will need your system CD, but it should reload it to factory specs.
