Was trolling around on another board, and came upon this link. Pretty cool what you can find just sitting in a random builing. Never knew this existed. Anyone else?

Did not know this existed either. I'll have to go to Autozone and look for parts for a 1983 corvette with a rotary engine. :devil

Nice find!!

I didnt know one of the rotary engine vettes were found. GM expermented with all kinds of engines and layouts for the vette over the years. There was the mid-engine Aerovette, all wheel drive twin turbo Corvette Indy. In the late 70's when they were desigining the C4 vette, they even expermented with a turbo V6 for the only engine!!

Even for the C4 ZR-1, they looked at all kinds of engine configurations for the "king of the Hill" project, again looking at twin turbo L-98, before ultimatly going to Lotus to assist in designing the 4 cam engine.
