Okay, we went to Jared's the other week, but today Adam asked me to marry him and I said yes! We've been together for just shy of 3 years.


And yes, we met through a car club too. A Taurus SHO car club, to be specific. So don't worry guys, you can meet a girl in car clubs!

And this will probably be a longer engagement, as I have no interest in making any plans while still in school. Maybe think about it more over the summer when I am off, but finishing my degree and student teaching will be stressful enough.

I prefer simple rings, so this one was absolutely perfect for me. It looks a lot like the ring I received from my parents when I graduated high school (I didn't like the typical class rings and wanted one that I would actually wear every day), but of course the diamond is a bit bigger. (:

The diamond is also certified and laser-engraved (or whatever the process is) and registered to me. It came with a cute little card.

trust me...the crap they try to cram down the new furture brides throats and the sales tatics they use ...not worth going...some of the photographers there give us a bad name.....well not me anymore ..since i retired...but i will still tell people whee to go so they don't get taken....half of the photography booths there show work of photographers that don't even work for them ..or don't anymore.....so you think your getting that work...and 5k later you have crapola.......i know most of the guys that do that show...and i try to steer people away....but thats just my opinion.......can't see people being taken.....those booths cost 1700.00 and up for the weekend...what do you think they will do to cover there money out....jmo
