ok so my 94 saab doesnt get to a normal operating temp even after 45 mins of driving...if i leave it "warm up" it gets close but not where it should be...and as soon as i start to drive it goes way back down...car also has no heat...full of fluid...so it has to be the thermostat right? right???????? thanks
