I know Home depot has some. Depending on what thickness you need.

You can cut it on a band saw or with a circular saw, use a fine tooth blade, support both sides, go slow at the end of your cut to minimize chipping the end.

call them first

on my sled it used to have a aluminum piece that went from the tunnel to where the snowflap mounts to the bumper. well the snow flap bracket bends really easy and it creased that piece. when i made the top tunnel piece to close off that hole that "cools" the exhaust i just left it off. the snow/water lol now flys up that hole and gets my back soaked. so to be differnent and have more flex i figured lexan would be cool and knowing it might get hit with ice chunks maybe some stones lexan is better then plexi.

Yeah, it would work perfect for that. Home depot does have a small assortment of lexan as does lowes. Other then that, I only know places you can order it from in 4x8 sheets.

Midwest plastic in New Berlin has it, and because they're a corporate supplier, even their public store is very cheap.

They'll cut it for you too!

I have some at work. depending on the size you need. I can cut it for you too. Otherwise GEpolymers in Menomonee Falls has quite the selection.

they had 093 at home depot but it was a bit thick then what id like. i think you can get it in in like 060 and 030? i would like it a little thicker then a nickel.
