So, our install and subsequent service has been so bad, that our first 5 months or so were free.
Still, every month we have gotten an outrageous bill, had to call AT&T, sit on the phone for 2 hours, finally get it corrected, accept their apology, and wait until next month.
'domokun' from here mentioned that he could 'help out' with my situation, AND DID HE EVER!
Got a voicemail today that our bill was overdue...in the amount of $600+!!!
We called, and the nice person on the phone saw that we had a credit for a few months, and couldn't explain to us why it hadn't been applied.
Got the bill straightened out, sort of, and will wait to see what next month brings.
If I had gotten this service for anything other than FREE, I would cancel it.
