While cleaning out the new house, me and John came across some, what I believe to be, old bullets. They are marked as long gun, high velocity ,22. Got 2 100 count boxes 1/2-3/4 full each.
What the hell should I do with them? The price tag seems old some Im not sure if the are good. Im not a gun guy, so I dont know anything about this stuff.
Should I just turn them into a police dept to be destroyed?

Thats what I was thinking, hahaha. But seriously though, research, they might be part of a old unsolved murder. Never know..

.22 Long rifle should be fine to shoot if stored properly. I don't see it being worth much as .22LR is plentifull at walmart for $13/500rds.
Maybe it's a sign from God for you to buy a .22 rifle! Free ammo :banana1:

Wow that's weird...I found a box of Remington 30-30 rounds hidden in
the drop ceiling of my basement. It has a price of $3.95 rubber stamped
on the lid.
I ended up displaying them on a shelf because I think the old box looks
cool.
To answer your question, I would take them to the police station if you
want to get rid of them.
