You don't find people doing that too often but if you think about it that's a pretty good deal for both parties if it all works out. The reason you don't see more people doing that is because they don't want to bother with finding someone to take something like that away, they would rather just rip it down.....

There is a house not far from me that 'transported' a garage from Pewaukee under the same circumstances. It a very nice 2 1/2 car and you would never know it unless you we're an expert in the garage world. Seeing is how this one is built like a brick sh!thouse you'd be spending at least $1500 to copy it, not including the foundation......

If you think about it, its not that hard to take apart, about the only thing you wouldn't beable to save is the roof. Once you take the trusses off its pretty easy to move each wall.

That's a great idea for this one because of the small size...!!! However, if you had one that was bigger I don't know if that would work as well.....
