Free HD until January for Charter Cable customers, or at least in my local branch.... Now we get Discovery HD, History HD, A&E HD, ESPN HD, TNT HD and a few more.

It's just like back in the day when you had Windows 95 and the first time you switched from 640x480 256 color (oh god those pallete swaps when switching tasks were dreadful!) to 800x600 in 16-bit "High Color"!!
