HELP!!!! Shipping a Dog to Milwaukee

My friend just had one of their dogs pass away well they finally found the right dog to replace him but they don't want to drive to Little Rock, Arkansas to get it and would rather have it shipped if possible they would like it shipped to Milwaukee does anyone know of any airlines that ship dogs from Little Rock to Milwaukee or O'Hare. I would suggest Tammy Wertz of www.FCTransport.com , she ain't cheap but she'll take good care of the mutt. I think its 300 bucks for up to 500 miles

my sister moved out to california and took her dog out there. The pup went commercial airlines with my sister and I think it was like $200. She flew back for a couple weeks this summer and shipped the dog Via DHL and it was like $350.
