Im posting this for a friend.

He is looking for a v8 engine for his project firebird we are working on. The size of the engine doesnt matter as long as its a chevy engine. We would even take a 305. It needs to run or can be fixed easily. The cheaper the better. Let me know what you guys have.

I dont think he is willing to pay 600 for an engine. Maybe something in the 200 or less range.

Its just that it will be a pain to transport 2 engines back here to kenosha.

for 200 he is only going to get a core that needs a rebuild.

Ive seen alot of people practically give away their running 305's after doing an engine swap so it is very possible to get a running engine for that cheap.

I have like 4 good running 305 engines from third gen f body’s can set you up with something on the cheep.

I have my 305 out of my TA. It ran shitty, but it ran. Made lower endish kinda noise. Good candidate for a cheap rebuild.
