Besson Auto Body finally going under?

Ever since the old man died the kids have been driving the buisness under. I know a few years back it was CLOSE to going under and they hired a manager to run the place. Since he quit I the brothers have been running it again and I have caught wind of a rumor that they are finally going under and the building is for sale for something like 680,000? Givin the size and location I'd say its worth no more then 450, but who knows.

Anyone else hear about this?
