Best way to Bradley Center

My girlfriend is driving to Milwaukee tonight from Madison to go to the Keith Urban concert with her sister. Now that I haven't been in Milwaukee for more than a month I have no idea what construction is like in the Marquette interchange.

From 94 East, what would be the easiest way for them to get to the Bradley Center? Thanks guys I really appreciate it!
