Purple GTO

Was following a purple (newer) goat on Sunnyslope heading north yesterday afternoon. Anyone form here? Car sounded pretty bada$$!!! Heard em chip in third and throttle it a bit, but I didn't feel like giving chase in a 3.9. Gas is too expensive to waste like that. :shades

Its not a corvette, viper, or european sports car. Its a everyday car, a little salt is not going to hurt it. If you can drive it, drive it. Ive never understood why someone would buy a car to let it sit 4-6 months out of the year while paying for it. Unless of course you pay for it cash and can afford to burn money. I take my motorcycles out when ever its nice out, salt washes off. Nothing a pressure washer or a steam cleaner cant take care of.

Mine is paid for and has never seen snow ever. Except the day it was delivered to my house via flat bed. Yep I had the car delivered on a flat bed so it would not be salted.

I drive mine now.... but thats because I have nothing else to drive at the moment..... (turbo Z is totaled and parted out, beater Z spun a bearing, sold the other beater Z.....)

i know it's not a GTO. But i saw a Dark Blue LS1 SS Camaro on Bluemound out in Brookfield on Friday Night out in the snow. Two older ladies were driving it.

Saw the ladie at the mall i was freaking out with my buddie as to why it was out. And the best was she had snow tires for it also:headbang Still made me sick. Must be a real ***** to drive and it was 6 speed car.
