There's a group of us that hits most of the hairband shows.

CC sings about as well as I do when I am drunk in a bar singing along with a band.
He must have some kinda deal where he gets to do solo's all damn time to. But I thought it was still a good show. Wish they would have brought other bands with them like they used to , but hey you can't win 'em all

For a band that sucks they sure had a lot of people there. That's probably the biggest crowd I've ever seen for a Waukesha fair concert.

Thats how it was last year at the washington county fair too, i think the crowd was larger last year. I thought it was a good show... they kinda messed around with new stuff befor it got dark, then they played the hits and it was more fun.

Lots of people go to see John Mellencamp too, but I wouldn't piss on his teeth if his mouth were on fire. A majority of people voted for Jim Doyle, twice. The majority of Germans thought Adolph Hitler was just peachy. Just because the masses have bad taste, doesn't mean I should.

You like Poison, great. They're your ears and it's your money. As for myself, if I were given a choice, I'd rather stand inside Potowatami and listen to the slot machines for two hours before I'd go see Poison.

Trust me I know not everyone likes all the same bands. I'd rather jab a fork in my ears then see Pearl Jam, U2, or something like Rage against the Machine.

But if someone asked who was going to see one of those bands when they came to town, I doubt I'd post they suck either. :)

The lines last night for beer and food were ridiculous. I think I waited 20 minutes for a beer. Whomever decided on the plan for only 2 people serving beer per stand should be shot.

I'm not talking about actually hanging out at the casino, I'm just talking about a musical comparison. I'm not a gambler. I'd rather spend my money on something constructive. Like Dream Theater tickets. And chicks hang out at DT shows, too. ;)

BTW, the "Big Hair" chicks that were hot 20 years ago, aren't so much now. Most 40 year old women I see that still try to cultivate that 80's band-slut look, just look ridiculous. Spandex and cellulite, big hair and wrinkles...Yeesh.
