sorry for putting this here but I need to figure this out ASAP.

I have a precision torque converter with 7/16" bolts but the holes in the B&M flexplate I have are smaller. Has anyone ever had a problem with this?

you need to drill the flexplate.
most SFI flexplates have the bigger holes in them.

i wouldnt worry. its not like the flex plate expands, in which case it would hit. get-r-done

yeah Im going to drill them first thing when I get home from work tomorrow cause I want to get it running on thursday. Well as it sits right now it could run just not drive anywhere...but I want to get the trans in before I put on the pass header.

Make sure you don't have it on backwards. I've heard of guys doing just that.

Be sure to use a STEP BIT when you drill so that you can keep the hole centered properly.

yeah that was my plan. Im still worried about it not being centered because this flexplate is REALLY close to the bellhousing..lol

Could you? sure...

2000-2500rpm for 20 minutes...a couple of blips here and there up to 3000-3500 every couple of minutes. Just make sure you watch the temperature, oil pressure, and for leaks...see something fishy, shut it down and fix whatever the problem is...then start it up and resume the procedure. IDEALLY, everything is right and you don't have to shut-down.
