cheap exhaust help needed...

the 94 saab beast has a few exhaust problems...
it has a bunch of "'rattles" at idle
it has an EXTREMLY ANNOYING AND LOUD DRONING SOUND in the city....

at freeway speeds its better ( not saying much)lol

sounds like its in the front but i cant see anyholes or rotted pipe....

also it just passed emissions!!!! so thats good yeah....

so any suggestion on where to go with it for a basic fix? dont need anything special with this car...lol

dont want to spend alot of money on it cause the car isnt worth it to me...

any suggestion are appreciated!!!!thanks

well im gonna get it up in the air and see if i can hear where its coming from..then hopefully i can find a shop who will fix it for a decent price...

well after about 2 seconds of being under the car and listening i see where its dead...the intermediate pipe (the meshy looking shit) is cracked badly...

looking online i see the whole pipe for 90-130...

MY next question is can i just cut the bad spot out and install a piece of pipe? like flex pipe?
