Help Please - DSM Specialty Tools Needed!

I need the Tension pulley wrench (PN: MD998752-01) and torque wrench adapter tool for a timing belt install on a 6-bolt 4G63-T. The dealerships are telling me they can't get me these. Anyone have them that I can buy or borrow this week please!!!

Flathead screwdriver works just as well. The two holes need to be at a 12 o clock position.
