Good exhaust shops?

I'm looking to have a 3" downpipe put together by a shop to weld onto my existing flex pipe, and was wondering if there are any good exhaust shops in the area that would be able to do this?

There are a ton of options out there for DP's for my car (04' GTP), but they are expensive and most people recommend just having a shop make one up as its a shitload cheaper.

Any help would be appreciated
