I am starting to get ready for my PFT in November so I can submit my package for Marine Corps PLC. I really need to get my run time down a bit just to make my package look better.

That being said, I need to find a place that I can run some steps once or twice a week. Anyone have an idea as to where I could find some? I would prefer them to be fairly long as it will give me a better work out.

Thanks

Rick

right by the hospital!!! its a big ass hill and tons of steps. when i played hockey our coach would make us carry our teammates up the hill. good conditioning though.

Thanks for the info all. I think I will end up mixing it up between the hill and Atwater.

Something I was actually not glad to see getting smaller as I flew out of San Diego airport.
