A long time carpenter took on an apprentice for his new project.
one day after working feverishly all morning the apprentice looked at the carpenter and asked "after all these years working this hard why do you have a pot belly like you do?"
the carpenter replied, "Son, you don't expect me to drive a railroad spike using a tack hammer now do you?"
