The blonde came in and asked for a seven-hundred-ten. We all looked at each other and another customer asked, "What is a seven-hundred-ten?" She replied, "You know, the little piece in the middle of the engine, I've lost it and need a new one." She mentioned that she did not know exactly what it was, but this piece had always been there. The mechanic gave her a piece of paper and a pen and asked her to draw what the piece looked like. She drew a circle and in the middle of it wrote 710. He then took her over to another car which had its hood up and asked "is there a 710 on this car?" She pointed and said, "Of course, it is right there."

Never heard that one but that's pretty good, I have a better one that actually happened when I was working at Venus Ford.....

A lady came in and asked about having her car detailed by the detailing department. So the head detailer walks over to serivce drive and asks her what kind of car she has, she says a "Ponitac Goo-lee". He asked her again in confusion and she said the same thing, so he asked if she had the car present so he could take a look at it. She said it was parked out front so he went to go look at it, well this it what it was.....

[I]and it's done in Wisconsin...!!!] [/B] http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=7024775837949412190&q=pontiac+6000+le&total=1&start=0&num=10&so=0&type=search&plindex=0

When he told me this I couldn't believe it and didn't really laugh, but now I think it's funny as hell.....

Must be, and honestly if you're braindead about cars I can see how you could do that....

So lets recap the four models of the Pontiac 6000.......there was the regular 6000 which would be a "Goo" , the 6000 SE which would be a "Goose" , the 6000 LE which is a "Goole" , and the grand daddy of them all is the 6000 STE which is the "Gooste" .....

I think the lady that stopped in by us was on crack or something, she did eventually have her car cleaned by the dealership and the guys were finding all kinds of 'interesting' stuff when they cleaned the interior/trunk.....:shades
