do these stay on all the time? or just when motion activated?

I believe the camera system stays on all the time. If it has an "auto on" feature... I am not aware of it. :P

What type of Rikon Bandsaw do you have?

14-16-18 inch?
What is its resaw capacity?
Does it have a quick release for belt tension?
Is it multiple speeds?
(Big question) is it full ball bearings on the upper and lower blade guides?

It is a 14", I am not sure what resaw is (if you tell me I will try and look it up), it has a threaded crank for the belt tension, it is 2 speed (1450 & 2950), and YES it is a 6 ball bearing blade design.
