Position Summary: Responsible for supporting escalated troubles and training the Operations group in troubleshooting Frame Relay, ATM, Internet, and any other advanced service Norlight offers. Responsible for the provisioning and installation of Internet services, including IP address assignment, BGP or static routing configurations, and domain name management. Areas of expertise include: Linux, Windows, Security, IP routing, Cisco and Juniper routers, LAN/WAN technologies. After hours and weekend work is often required and expected of this position.
