The lugnuts fell off. He just bought the wheels and the lugnuts they sent him were wrong. They were close enough that they threaded on but as soon as all that force hit the wheels they stripped off.
Look at the video again and notice the lugnuts are all gone but the studs are still there.

Wrong sized threads. Once a high lateral load was placed on them, the lugs slid right off the studs.
