Sonic Blue Roush, Mike Cooper, is handling getting sponsers for trophys for the EAA Mustang show that is taking place on June 31st.

He needs a few more sponsers to fill out the many catagories in the show.

I think it would be cool to have one, or if we get enough people to chip in, 2 trophys sponsered there.

Its a good way to get some positive attention to our site, and helping out a member in the process.

I have already recieved permission from Andy, Cryptic GTX, to make a thread asking for donations, and using the BCM name. Any amount that you can give I know would be greatly appreciated by Mike.

Im making this thread because hes a little aprehensive asking you all for $$$.......:rolf.....Where as Im not.:devil

Brandon W, and DaytonaPacecar 959 have already donated to the fund. Thank you guys!!!! And they are not even Ford/Mustang owners.:goof

Yoosef has kindly donated $100 worth of gift certificates from BW3s. You rock Yoo!!!:headbang

Im going to ask Mike if he has a paypal account, to make things easier for anyone that wants to donate.......Mike and Myself will be making sure to come down to Culvers if anyone wants to donate to the cause.

A HUGE advance THANK YOU to anyone who donates!!!

Very cool of you guys to support the show. It's a Ford show, but it is cool that BCM peeps show support and get the web site some pub. as well. All of the sponsor names get printed in a national magazine if you didn't know that. Pretty cool deal.

Just an fyi, if you have kids 8 or older, they can go for a plane ride for free put on by the Junior Eagles program. Coop, if this isn't happening this year, please correct me. They did it the first 3 years and my boys loved it. They also do helicopter rides, but they do charge for that.

This show is a blast.

yes that is correct. also you can get into the museum it is open that day also, they will have a p-51 fly by as well as another fly-by from another that will be nameless at this time.the hangars are open to view many historic planes as well as the mercury marine crew that will be on hand displaying some of there race boats. this will also include a dj and a craicature artist. its alot mre than a car show, the whole family can enjoy it.

It was just announced today that the fly-bys will be at 11:00 a.m. instead of at noon. If you've never been near a P-51 doing a fly-by......it's well worth seeing and hearing!

Thanks to all of you who have really embraced this show! You won't be disappointed!
