Unreal, lucky guy...... That wheelchair company is going to have a solid rep now. "holds up to being pushed by a semi on the highway"

I know I woulda shit myself!!! That's the luckiest man in the world! Funny thing too, is that I was just in that area on Friday/Saturday/Sunday! I didn't see anyone getting dragged along by a semi!

I agree with B&B, the bearings on those wheels had to be glowing orange or smoking or something.

Little insite into how lucky he was:

Thats a freigtliner FL120 Century class truck. The grill you see in
the picture is fragile as a Kia, the AC condencer is like 1.5" behind
it and I can only guess the handles on his wheelchair got stabbed
thru it, refrigerent would have sprayed out at at least ambient
temp/pressure if it was charged and as high as 200psi if operating.

If he was real lucky the handles went as far as firmly stabbing into
the intercooler another 1" or so back, that would be pretty sound
hold as the cooler is 2.5" thick. Driver would have had a low power
complaint and would explain why he stopped shortly after :)

Im amazed he made it that far! Great outcome to a realy nasty
possible outcome.

Ha! the police dispatcher thought it was a crank call, until they got about a dozen of them! I am suprised the cops had time to stop this as they have been so busy lately doing important crime stopping duties just like the tv cop shows like, giving tickets for no front license plates, too dark of window tint, to big of a big tip exhaust, system too loud etc....

We got off on that exit for the Power Tour, happened that day.

We ended up seeing it on the local news.
