Is there a list somewhere of some really great places to take pictures? Obviously the art museum is one (and one of the more well known places to go), but what are some others?

I would like to do a little photo shoot of my boyfriend's car for his birthday, but I would like a variety of locations.

This is the car too, if that helps you figure out some nice locations for it.

Have Yellow Wagon do it if you want professional looking stuff!

And that whole row of those cars makes the monte's stomach growl...

X2 for Yellow Wagon, he does some great work!

if you want to do it on your own, there are some cool buildings in the downtown area that would make for a nice background.

EDIT - Yellowwagon - do you have a website or a place that you have all the pictures of peoples cars you have taken? i'd like to see them.

sorry, I do not.....I honestly have been too busy. I need to get a site set up though for all my work. The past couple years I have taken a lot of really cool cars at a lot of nice locations.

I wish I would of taken them at a higher resolution in the first place... 640x480 sucks after while...

Ha ha I really like the look, so if some of these other clowns don't care for it, they can eat a turd. :banana1: Yay for us and our corners and fogs!

To the OP...as someone mentioned, sometimes you can just find good spots as you cruise around. Case in point:

Thanks for all the suggestions. I haven't cruised around downtown Milwaukee in a long time, but with the nicer weather I think that may be a good idea because I know they have some amazing buildings throughout the city. Thanks again and keep updating this as you think of some.

I live around Holy Hill, so that always leaves some good action shots if you have a friend willing to either drive your car or take good pictures.

They aren't GT Tail Pipes... It's a MAC Catback. GT Tail Pipes would of required me to have a GT Rear Bumper for them to look right and not sit too low...

oh, also i forgot that your sometimes out in the Delavan/elkhorn/whitewater area. If your by that way look up Snake Road in Lake Geneva. there arer some pretty neat areas to stop and take pictures there. that or just drive around Lake Geneva there are alot of neat photo-ops there.

Indeed. It looks really good on your car too. Did you have to trim the ends or anything? Looks like a perfect fit. :thumbsup

Thanks! And nope, just had to make a few v-cuts to get it to curve with the bumper.

It got a little bent from snowplowing this past winter. That picture really shows it but it isn't too noticable otherwise. But still. ):

also sometimes just driving on a road in the middle of nowhere in the country can work. (needs tire shine)
http://img502.imageshack.us/img502/1746/gp6tr3.jpg

industrial stuff also can look cool...
http://img72.imageshack.us/img72/6643/p1010891jo5.jpg

also shots displaying underhood bling always look good too
http://webpages.charter.net/djbriones/oldgp.jpg

wow only thing missing here is my old '88 camaro and my old '66 Impy and I would have shown you all I ever had.... lol.

funny how my slowest car had the best underhood looks..... sad.

I think I have a thing for gunmetal. pretty much all my cars have had black/gunmetal paint or accenting on the wheels.

They make three different styles of lip for the '05+ depending on model.
