it appears it will bolt up to the exhaust manifold.. but IIRC the 2G DSM's use a 3 bolt triangular flange on the o2 dump. and this one has a 2 bolt flange. so im thinking you would need a different o2 dump, or a 2 bolt flanged DP with a 3 bolt flanged end. and a new intercooler setup. or atleast piping anyways.

i was planning on building a FMIC setup... and possibly a DP... but if it bolted right up that would have been the best!

it wouldnt be difficult. just buy the down pipe ya wanted. find a stock 1G DSM exhaust. cut off one of the flanges and weld it to the new exhaust. can you buy new exhaust flanges themselves? its sad i work at Napa and i dont know that.easy and cheap fix.

I have a 2G exhaust manifold available that should make the whole thing a bolt on deal.

Not true. 1G and 2G 02 exhaust flanges use the same 2bolt flange. The Evo3 exhaust housing uses a wider, but still 2 bolt flange. The 02 housing on this turbo is a 2g.

It would. I misread which part of the exhaust you were worried about. See my other post in reply to Brandon.

Yes sir. I don't know exactly how many miles are on the turbo, but the whole setup is relatively new so there aren't many, definitely less than 10K.

I just double checked the 02 housing and I was wrong. It is an Evo3 housing, not a 2g. You can do one of two things, you can either have the exhaust flange redone, or use your stock 2G 02 housing...
