Plane Crash

It appears a plane has crashed into Lake Michigan. The News is reporting a Cessna Jet carrying 6 people has gone down approx 1/2 mile off shore from Mckinley Marina.

They are reporting this is a Medical flight that was in town from Michigan and was beginning their return trip to Michigan when the plane went down just after 4 P.M.

The Milwaukee Fire Department Dive team, Milwaukee Police Dive team, U.S. Coast Guard and I believe the Sherriff is on scene also.

Ill update as I find out more.

It's also bullshit they just interrupt a tv show I was watching for 15 minutes to repeat the bullshit investigation. Guess I'll just have to illegally download the episode to miss what the news decided to cut out.

I was talking with some pilots at West Bend Airport about the pond a few months ago. They talked about not flying over a body of water larger than what you can glide to the shores of in a single-engine plane. Dual engines are good for the lake.

Surprised they didn't cover the rain storm for a few hours, maybe cut in with some breaking news when a patch of blue sky peeked out.
