Race car + hot tub deal!!!

This is too good for the classifieds and I do not know how many people would actually look in there to see it.

Here is the deal, proposed by my old man:

He does not like my race car. He thinks it is ugly and that it disrupts the surrounding aesthetics of the yard. I feel differently about it, but I still want to sell it.

If somebody buys the race car, he will give that person a 7-person, 44 inch deep hot tub, for FREE. If you are not too far, we can deliver the tub and car free. We might need some assisstance with the tub, so you will need to come over and help get it on the trailer.

The hot tub is %100 functional and the only misses are a bad button and a pipe (pvc) that leaks at a rate of one drip every 30 seconds.

I'll even deliver it within a reasonable distance for free. The only further requirement is that you bring a couple buddies (5) to help load the tub.

There is a very small market for this kind of car. The hot tub is a means to assist in selling the car by promoting the people interested in it to talk to their friends about it.

look at it this way... buy a 2100 car get a hot tub free. sell the car for $1000 or so and it would be like getting that hot tub for $1100! sounds like a good deal to me!

Lemme see what I can do. My old man has not been so cranky lately. He probably would not mind selling it despite the car not being sold.

I cannot stress the extent to which my dad hates my race car. To him, it is ugly and he feels it detracts from his property value. But at the same time, it is the center of conversation whenever anyone comes by, especially his buisness partners who all expect me to work with them within the next 5 years.

I should also mention the "four footprints" according to my old man...
-1992 Acura Integra/1999 Audi A4 (I drive one, park the other, both run)
-1988 Integra Race car (should not be run after dark (neighbors))
-197x MGB (has not moved in almost a year, but it is in good shape)
-Trailer (could be used to turn 4 footprints into 3)

I pretty much want to sell the two integras and the trailer so that I can focus more on my wooden canoe/kayak company and racing gokarts.

If the tub goes, then I will have a better place to park the trailer with whatever is on it. This location is on the far side of the house from the road.

My old man claims the city calls him weekly about the non-existent city ordinance I supposedly am breaking. I ask if there is anything I can do around the house to compensate for his "grieving," but I never get a straight answer.
