I has been for sale off and on for over a year. All the surrounding land is owned by the current owners families wich makes it nice. Plus it is in walworth county, NO EMISSIONS!!! The inspection went great, no issues. House and property was assesed over 400K, we stole it at 273,500, Gotta love taking advantage of people that need money!
