not just for him. W/ a bigger tank, he can actually co-exist w/ other fish instead of being just solitary. Thats why I want a bigger tank.

Just don't let his or her roommates also be bettas...

And I had a snail with mine and after almost a year, I woke up one morning to find very little left of my betta. I think my snail was hungry. It's like it took all the "meat" off the bones. It was freaky to just see a little fish skeleton. And the snail had plenty to eat, so it was fine, but I guess it wanted to switch to a different diet.
