insurance/ticket question

i got a quote on a different vehicle from my insurance agent today, she calls me back and asked why i've been getting into so much trouble? i say what do you mean, she tells me there have been 4 minor traffic violations posted on my record in the last 2 years. (Allstate doesnt automatically re-adjust there things, they only change your rate if its a "major" violation as long as you pay your bill on time) i have had 4 tickets fixed from Basil, our attorney, all were dropped to non moving violations. they don't even show up in the court system website. i called Basil and left a message, figure i'll hear from him tuesdayish. am i missing something here? all the original violations (one was speeding, 2 not following traffic signs, another was something random) show up on her report, yet they are all non moving violations, no point offenses now. anybody enlighten me before i hear from the lawyer?

Ive had that happen from FBI backround checks for different jobs but never heard of an insurance company having thoes type of resources. Thats alot of stuff be thankful they don't simply drop ya.

what she got was a driver abstract and EVERYTHING appears on there. Even every single time you have been stopped regardless of whether or not you got a ticket.

Yeah i had mine do that recently fora quote on the house, and even exhaust tickets from 5 years ago showed up! bwahhahaah
