MY FYN 79

I recently swapped to a 9 inch, so my 8.5 needs a new home.
The good.
-The rear was originally a 3.73 posi from an 84 Hurst Olds.
-It was fully rebuilt a few summers ago with 4.10 gears.
-Has one Moser racing axle in it.
-New brake shoes a couple summers ago.
-Aluminum brake drums.
-Brake lines are all there. Just connect the direct replacement Russell braided line to your car and thats it.
-Has BMR relocation brackets.
-Poly upper bushings.
-As the pictures will show, I pulled the cover off to make sure everything looked good. It did.
-I pulled the axles out to take pictures of the splines. Good to go.
-It no longer is the correct length, so the aluminum driveshaft goes with the rear.
-Aluminum driveshaft is top quality with all Spicer parts.Driveshaft is correct length for TH-350/2004-R trans.
-Edelbrock boxed lower control arms included.
-84 Hurst Olds swaybar included. This part is needed because of the relocation brackets.
The not as good.
-My car always seems to end up in damp storage, so the rear is gonna need a good cleaning and a dupont overhaul. It has a chrome rear cover, but has corroded after several years.
-The rear always had a slight whine on decel since the rebuild. I never was concerned, and the wear pattern looks excellent on the gears.
-When I bought the aluminum drums, the wrecking yard gave me 3 to try. One was very thick and cleaned up perfect, and I used the thicker of the other 2. Turning the drum brought it slightly below the minimum thickness.. and even though I never knew it, yesterday night when I pulled the rear apart for inspection I found a crack in the drum. (see picture). This drum will need to be replaced.
-One of the control arms is missing a grease zerk. Not sure why.
I have a lot of money tied up in this setup, but I would like to get $1,200 out of it. I may consider seperating parts if people inquire enough. Pics below.
