he's venting, with good reason. he wouldn't ever go anyplace else, not at this point anymore. at best case he hopefully woke Thompson up, and they'll actually start doing something.

All I have to say is Fuk TT, he is a usless piece of shit and they need to get rid of him. His contract is up in 08 I believe and hopefully he will be history then.:banana1:

Just goes to show you how many people cannot stand Ted Thompson and his bullshit.

Brett won't go anywhere else, but you can beleive that this is going to be a wake-up call for the Packers' front office.

I forgot to tell you, my buddy Doug Free got drafted by the Cowgirls this year.

They got him a lot lower in the draft than they should have.

dood he is old days are numbered face the facts,he is not the nfl's best qb anymore. get real. tt sux.mccarthy sux, and they are going to bring farve to a level of suckdom no one can fathom. the packer org. has done nothing to make the team better. or give farve a fighting chance at a good season. its over,to bad i hate to see farve go out on this type of note,i do feel he has more in him yet, unfortunately after this year it will be knocked outta him.

I don't blame Farve for wanting to be traded, when he told Ted Thompson what he needed to win and they go get a bunch of people that will be on the injured reserve list in a week. Packers just flat out suck right now with there management!

maybe the team should get him some support.....think it's just a media stunt but anyway

Yooformula
05-13-2007, 05:29 PM
maybe that is what the team upper mngmnt wants.......if he leaves, it leaves them alot of $$ room to rebuild plus nobody throwing their weight around. dont underestimate their greed especially since they KNOW they dont have a chance of winning and they cant just let him go.

Reverend Cooper

yeah let him go free up a bunch of moola and move on he is done in a year or so anyways period,i doubt this is a media stunt read the whole article. farve wants his records and i bet he dont care with whom he gets them

It has nothing to do with records. The man wants to win, not piss away the last years of his career on a bum team with a shit front office.

Reverend Cooper

i disagree, you and i both know that with winning comes his records,so instead of saying he wants his records he can cover it up with "i just wanna win"

Only he knows what he wants but I gurantee you take away the money and he isn't playing at all.....What does he really want?

Anakonda69
05-13-2007, 09:24 PM
they still owe him money that he deferred when they signed some other players.....without him we don't have a chance at anything

I would agree but aren't they some ridiculous amout ($20M?) under the cap as it is and TT is acting like it's his personal money.

I think TT has wanted Favre gone since he got here. Favre is Ron Wolf's QB and not TT's. TT has his idea of what the team should be and doesn't give a damn about anyone else's opinions. He thinks it takes 5-8 years to build a football team. Which is why Seattle one he left then finally went ahead and got over the hump cause they went and spent some money on some FA that would help, and drafted players in positions of need.

I'm happy as hell that Favre finally spoke up. When we're going thru our 8th QB in 6 years people will wonder why GB mgmt didn't give one of the greatest QB's of all time some weapons. Even the Patriots realized that Tom Brady can't keep winning without some people to catch the ball. Imagine how out of reach the records would be if Favre had the offensive weapons Peyton Manning has been given over his career?

The way I see it...

They are gonna sucks ass either way...so why not let somebody new toss the ball around and get a feel for other QB's while we are in the rebuilding process instead of waiting to test the QB waters when the rest of the team finally gets good (Like the BEARS!!). Brett will not play forever. He playing for the 'Right Now' instead of the future. It's really not in the best interest of the "Team".

Ok we want the pack to win like the glory days...Someone find where the teenagers are hanging, find the nearest hot tub and get Chmura back to Green bay! 2 Tight end set thats the key to the packers offense.
