All I have to do yet, is finish with the trim pieces by the patio door, put the lattice on, and take care of the landscaping around it.
I started this project late, LATE last summer and finally finished it up for the most part this past weekend. With all the sports and misc. crap I'm involved in, it was worked on pretty much an hour or two at a time.

Its 20ft wide and 16ft 'out'. We ended up going with a high end composite material along with the plastic/composite railings. The stuff is pretty easy to work with, but you pay out the A$$ for it!!!!

I can honestly say I installed every nail, screw, and board all by myself. I had my Wife hold the 4ft. level a few times and that was it.

Anyways.... here are the pics.

Here's a picture of what it looked like before the deck.

Your deck looks badass!!! Want to come and help me build mine? All the food and beer you can handle!!:banana :banana :banana :banana One Question, who made your composite deck material? Did they give you a waranty against fading? We did a deck last fall with composite, One of the less expensive brands(cheap home owner) , Came back last week and the deck is completly faded:rolf

Yoo, no during pics. I had a 16ft. long x 4ft. wide x 9" Thick concrete slab I had to bust up, and I think Tasha took pics of me using the jackhammer on it....??

Andy, the landscaping was nice, but it's SOO nice to have the deck out there. :)

I'll keep y'all posted on the deck party. :alcoholic
