I have that movie and the last/only time I saw it I thought it was OK, cool cars but overall the plot was boring. If I remember right James Taylor (the singer) is in there......

In my book American Graffiti still takes the cake for 'old school' car movie, probably have watched it at least a dozen times and it never gets old......

great movie. nowadays blasphemy to gut the shit out of a '55 and cut the rear 1/4's like that.

I haven't seen that movie before, I will have to check it out. Its called Two Lane Blacktop? I like those old street racing movies with real cars! :)

Actually, it was Dennis Wilson. He was the Beach Boys drummer, brother of fellow band member Brian and Carl Wilson.

A bit of trivia for you guys that like American Graffiti. The '55 Chevy from Two Lane Black Top lost the tunnel ram and the big scoop, got a black paint job and was recycled into Bob Falfa's bad-ass '55 in George Lucas' hit from 1973, American Graffiti.
