I thought I posted this last night, but must not've hit submit.

Well, I took my scrapheap to the track tonight. Previous best was 11.40@119, tonight I went 11.17@122.99, I made no changes over winter except for rear suspension pieces from Baseline and Strange. All runs were made naturally aspirated with a little 347 in a heavy 3400# DAILY DRIVER with a 5 speed. The best part of all is, I DIDNT BREAK ANYTHING!!! YAAHOOOOO!!!!!

Now, how do I knock off another 2 tenths????:banana1:

very nice numbers, was this in a mustang i take it? or something else?

Your coming right down to the 10's just get a SMALL shot of nitrous to get ya the rest of the way, or maybe have a better tune put on it?

Reducing the 60ft. a tenth would get you there!

What was it BTW?

Every 100# removed is worth one tenth. Just for kicks bring
your bathroom scale outside and see what that big battery
weighs, a 8# lawn tractor battery will work fine in summer :)
Anybody realy ever use that back seat/belts, 28# saved.
Windsheild washer juice un needed in summer, spare tire?

Thats my problem, I'm not willing to gut the car to do it, this is a daily driver. Already had no spare, I need the back seat, theres no washer resevoir on the car, etc.

I want to see if I can run 10s NA in "street trim". I have a couple things to try, otherwise I could see a switch to solid roller this winter.

IMO a full interior 11.2 is cooler then a stripped 10.90 car!

Nice #'s.

Its just Dave. He sent me a card saying congratulations and expressed how insanely jealous he is of me and everything I've done. I was kind of bummed, usually he sends flowers.
