Used to be Russ' many years ago, sold it to a guy named Dan who, as far as I know doesn't live around here. The car was featured in K&N advertisement at one point too.

That particular car (before it was shortend) was my first
forced unducted car. A few months later turning low 14's
and a few high 13's (rusted with crap tires) I was converted
to turbo! I never would have guessed a $900 Omni would
change my way of thinking about a silly little 4 popper :devil

just curious, but why was it shortened?

The new owner Dan and his dad did it, something to do.
The rear door open/close like stock....just smaller :o

That car was in S3 Magazine (I think?) a while back. I thought I read he lived in Muskego or something. I remembered they had an article about how it was shortened. S3 doesn't have a search feature to find the article online.

thats the ugliest thing I have seen in a long time.......What a waste of what could have been a great little car......

I sold the car as a pretty rusted hulk, the k-frame rusty and
the control arm bushing bad enough to spin out to the 300'
mark. Believe me it is in much nicer shape now, it was gutted
for weight down to the front seats and dash, looks 100% better
than it did :)

Ive been working on the Starlet nightly, drive by any night
and swing in. Sometimes late at night I close the garage
door so not to piss the neigbors off with grinding but Im
in there, light shining thru windows.
