If anyone is looking for a nice solution for working with your large volumes of photographs, I suggest the new Adobe Lightroom. I just started working with it today and it is easy enough for newbs to work with but robust enough for professionals. Supports RAW.

I know this pic is one step too large but making it any smaller just made it look bad

I've used that program and was at adobe's pre-release demo. I liked it though doesn't support tethered cameras (at least not at that time). I currently use Capture One and though it is a great program there was features of lightroom that I wish was with Capture One. If you are serious about photography and manipulating images Lightroom is a great photo editing software.
