I have been a Brewer fan all my life but hate to get my hopes up just because of a good start. I definately still have doubts.

Will they make the playoffs?

I think they will do well this year if everyone stays healthy. Hopefully they will make the play offs but like others I have my doubts also but let me tell you it was fun watching tonights game.

either way they will MAKE the play offs..the will buy tickets and rent a bus and they'll watch the games.....now will they play in the play off...too early to say....they can still put it in the toliet.........

It's probably harder to make the playoffs in MLB baseball than it is in ANY other sport.

They look pretty legit, with the added depth and there is quite a bit of talent all around with most players being younger and improving too. Like every other team and in other sports, they key is staying healthy.

Even if they don't make the Playoffs its not a failure, as Lash said making the Playoffs in MLB is tough, if they stay in the race until the last few days of the season it will be a success, IMO.

i really hope the Brewers do well this year. I'm not a big baseball fan, but I feel for the die-hard fans who end up disappointed every year when the Brewers end up just under .500
They've got a great ballpark and an owner who seems willing to give them what they need to compete...we'll see how it plays out.

I guess it depends on your definition of great. There many better ones thna yost in the league. He has yet to even put a winning season together in Milwaukee so I wouln't say he's great.

I just say it how I see it. Its an opinion. Everyone has one. Isn't that what a Board is for? I never said it was right or no one else is. If you just want people posting what everyone wants to hear try the bible belt board.
