it looks to be off a turbo dodge or possibly a very early saab. Its deff small and id say even in good condition you may get $100 give or take.

Early T-1 Garret from a FWD Dodge, 2.2 from 84-87

Compressor housing A/R .42
Exhaust housing A/R .48
Compressor inducer 42 mm
Compressor exducer 60 mm
Exhaust turbine diameter 48 mm

You could beat 200hp out of it but the most flow
you could get would be 18-20 psi, at that level
it would be pushing realy hot air. The center
section is the early carbon seal basis of all t-3/4
hybrids. That particular turbo you have is a reman
along the way. Its funny looking flange is so the
throttle blade can manipulate the boost, easily
modified. Got em stacked up like kindling in my
garage if you want to upgrade it with a bigger
wheel/scroll.
