Man sentenced to 25 years after impregnating 9-year-old girl

ABBEVILLE, S.C. - A man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to having sex and impregnating a then 9-year-old girl.

William Edward Ronca, 26, was arrested last year after doctors discovered the girl was at least seven months pregnant.

Ronca pleaded guilty Tuesday and was sentenced to 25 years in prison. He will have to serve more than 21 years before he is eligible for parole. The judge gave him five years less than the maximum because he admitted to the crime and apologized to the girl's family.

Ronca had been having sex with the girl for about a year, and told her not to tell anyone, according to arrest warrants.

The girl had the baby, which was put up for adoption. Her father said the pregnancy and Caesarean section means the victim can never enjoy her childhood again because every time she dresses she can see the stretch marks and surgical scars.

how does a father let a man live that did that? i just envision squeezing his throat until it crushes then sticking my thumbs into his eye sockets one at a time and allowing him to see it while he is tied down. cutting his junk off isnt enough torture or pain for him. thats clean and quick, I want him to pray for death and then have him hold his own breath wishing to die.

Yes, youngest girl to ever give birth was a bit over 5 years old when she was C-Sectioned (back in 1939).
