I was surprised to see Aseruilia Silvia got rocked as bad as he did but dayum is COngo a beast!!
Missed the first fight...we were at wedding.
What did I miss?

they just interviewed Matt Serra and he called Matt hughes a d!ck on live tv. Hughes and Serra will be the next coaches of TUF and will fight at the end. You didnt miss too much so far as the good fights now begin.
I don't like Matt Serra at all. I hope he gets pounded.

Bisping wouldnt even walk to the ring, he RAN fast to get in. He looks like hes ready to kill Sinosec.

OMG did Bisping bring some serious pain. I have never seen a blast like that I cant believe they didnt stop that fight yet. Sinosec is being totally dominated.

Sinosec almost had a submission, but when Bisping reversed him it looked like he just gave up and Bisping ended it.

DVR'd it, but after reading some of the posts I am really looking forward to watching it now. I figured for a freebie it would be a weak card, but sounds like they are actually giving a little back!!
As far as the Matt Serra comments, couldn't agree more, I couldn't stand him when he was on TUF. He is so cocky, I hope Hughes makes a fool of him.
You can still walk even with torn shit in your knee/ankle. I'm sure that stuff wasn't hurting as bad as his head was...lol. Sometimes it just take a little bit for the pain to really sink in. He had to have screwed something up...his ankle was pointed in the wrong direction.
There were rumors flying around that before the fight Cro Cop had said that this will be his last MMA fight....and the way he acted after the fight makes me wonder if it was true.
And Arlovski looked like shit again...IMO. He wont last long unless he gets his act together. Some of these up and coming HW's would pound the snot out of him.

ummm phuck! I dozed off just as the fight started. All I saw was the ending credits showing Cro Cop getting knocked out?! I would never have called that one. Whose leg got messed up?

strained. my thoughts were that when his body went limp, he prevented anything from tearing because it was completely relaxed.

Watch WWE then watch UFC. There is no way you can't tell the difference. If you have ever been in the ring you would be able to tell/almost feel the blows as they land. UFC and other MMA organizations are real fighting. Can't just go by what you hear.

He says he didn't even see the high-kick:
"After 3 or 4 elbows to the temple, I had blurry vision when I stood up."
Mirko is announcing changes in his training session. He is going to introduce elbows and elbow defence, which wasn't present in Pride.
"I'm not used to elbows, but that's my problem. I'm also goint to do exercises for my injured ankles."
