whats your thoughts on the first round matchups?
laker-suns..HOPING for a lakers win here...need to play out of body..lol
rockets-jazz should be great-prolly 7 games
mavs.gs...mavs should win in 5
spurs-nuggets-..spurs in 5
heat-bulls....bulls in 6
cavs-wizards...cavs in 4
pistons-magic...pistons in 4
nets raptors...should be great...nets in 6

I dont watch Drugball.
I stopped watching when the Bucks were officially out of it...lol.
The finals will be the Mavs and the Pistons though.
And seriously...the Lakers can blow me. Worst team ever.
not bad 4-4 on first four games,,,,now if the lakers can upset i'm a GURU!!!!
My prediction for game 1:
Suns 102
Lakers 93

abd if the game is that close in the 4th were ok....
The suns went 4-2 against the leakers in the reg. season. The 2 games they lost were a combined 11 points.
I wouldn't put any money on the Lakers in that series if I were you...lol.
getting 3-1 i had to bet with "my" team...lol
got money on a few others as well....
lakers looking great early on...need to keep up the energy!!!!!!!

san antonio i think is the only team that can stop the suns or the warriors (if the warriors continue to play and score the way they are)

Yeah....good thing the refs. made Nash sit out the final 1:30 of the game (they were only down by one) because of Parkers head butt and too much blood. Tony rolled around on the floor like a little ***** and Nash was trying to see if HE was o.k. Lets take a look here......
Parkers forehead...you would have though he was dieing the way he flopped around on the floor.....

i really hope the cavs beat the pistons...they had a greast cjance in game 1 even with lebron not shooting well...he still had a good allaround game...

NBA draft sems to have more meaning than any other major sport. Bucks need a point guard or an athletic forward.

I'm hoping they get eh #2 pick and #1 Oden goes. The fact that Larry Harris loves Oden so much is even more reason for me to love Durant.
Besides what would we do with the big australian stiff if we got another center? We can't have no production from 2 spots on the floor.

Bogut is great defensivly I don't think another center took as many charges last year as he did. He is definately not "stiff" he moves his feet well and gets in the way on defense. His offense has not come around yet. Will it ever..Who knows...I'm not a fan of Oden for the bucks they have 2 big guys already, unless they are ready to deal one of them I don't know how he will fit in.

For the #1 pick in the draft, to have he takes charges well as his first high point isn't saying much. Guy is 7' tall and only gets 8 boards a game and 10-12 points? That's like what I'd expect from a mid to late 1st rounder. Not a #1 pick.
I didn't like the pick then, I don't like the guy now as anything more then a avg white center. I was huge on Chris Paul that year cause I thought PG was their biggest need. Especially after TJ Ford got hurt.
Durant was the only college player I saw this year that made me go OMG. The guy would open things up for Redd alot. I'd rather see the Bucks play a Suns type of ball and go more up tempo, so at the very least they'd be exciting to watch.

I'm hoping with that pick that can get Mike Conley. Be a great addition to the team.
damn durant and oden ate gonn "rott" away in seattle "which team may not even be there soon" and portland uggghhh...this just blows for basketball fans....
i'm just glad the tanking ass celtics didnt get rewared for tanking games....

The bogut draft no one crazy points wise came out. Not a mid to late first rounder in that draft I've seen doing that. He's definately not even close as former number ones, his draft was pretty week all together. Durant I agree is awesome. He can play on the wing and bust ya inside or setup on the post and work it under neither. The bucks have no chance at Durant but it is nice to dream. Ill prob not do the season tickets this next year. I'm just exhausted.

Never liked Jordan. He was good never liked him though .No dedcation to a team? Guess its easier finding a good player and cheering for them.
my whole thing with sports goes like this.....
why back a team if they have players i hate??just cause i used to like em when they had players worth liking doesnt mean i feel obligated to keep liken em...
i consider myself a fan of sports not really a particular team.,,,
AND as a "betting" man i have to try and be as unbias as i can when i lay cash down on sports...as i like to do :)

It's hard to even watch the NBA for me anymore. It's so void of talent. I was a huge fan in the 80's growing up. Larry Bird and the Celtics were my team. I still will watch the 80's games on ESPN classic. Back when teams played defense AND were still scoring 120 points per game. Now you get either a defensive game - meaning thugery and 70 pt games, or no D games where they still only score 100 pts. Theres very few players who can even make a 10 ft jump shot anymore.
Just a pathetic version of a pretty great game when played well.

EVeryone one enjoys sports there own way. I have friends that are similar they only like good players and/or good teams. Once the players leave the team they find another. Don't go into predicting games just a hair off on your predictions :)
