I was just thinking the same thing as Pickard. Those look way to much like the wheels that are on EVERY mustang these days. They look nice but im not sure about them on a TA. Time will tell I guess.

Sweet rims and welcome to the "wide shiny things on the rear" club! What are the offsets on those?

lilws6
04-19-2007, 06:57 PM
The offset is +44 according to tire rack. Heres some quick pics once i got home today. forgot the camera on the way out this morning. Well i'm happy and mad all in one day lol. i got the wheels on today and planned on going for a test drive on my lunch. well i got on the free way and i was cruising along at about 80-85 mph when all of the sudden fffmmm pass. side t-top ejects. :( it flew i don't know how far up in the air but came down about 50-60 feet off the side of the free way. shattered in the grass. Well whats done is doe and i feel horrible but heres those pics. sorry the cars dirty but i can't wash it at the moment with out a top. Also a bad time to take pictures in my back yard.

Real AR TTIIs would have been better, but Bullitt knockoffs are sawheeet as well.

where did you get them? cuz those are definately not "torque thrust" wheels, but damn close anyway.

IF I could find some 18x8's w/ the right offset I'd put them on my goat, but once you hit 18" they're always 9" or wider.

They are torque trust wheels! There a special edition Torque thrust M wheel. Look on tire rack you will find them there. So far tonight will be my second time driving on the tires )heading up to hwy for a lil cruise) so i can't say i love them or hate them yet. The stockers i'm going to keep for track use. IT IS CLEAN AGAIN!! just spent 2 hours cleaning the car. its hard to clean the car with out T-tops. its so easy when there on lol heres some more pics sun was just getting down.

MUCH better Don!

Now lower her.

Yooformula
04-21-2007, 08:49 PM
looks good. dont post those pics on LS1tech unless you wanna hear from EVERYONE to lower it!! Did you pick up the frame when it flew off? Thats the part that costs the most. The key and frame is money the glass is cheap in comparison.

Poncho

ah, so they made a specific wheel thats like the mustang bullitts.

hey either way, it's badass in my book, i'm just surprized to see that kinda look.

Reverend Cooper

lilws6
04-22-2007, 10:57 AM

lilws6
