I have a car gathering this weekend in Stanton, MI and next weekend in Norwalk, OH. Needless to say, my buddy with a trailer can't go anymore and his parents won't lend out the trailer unless he's there.

Does anyone here have or know anyone with a car trailer and would be willing to "rent" it out for a couple weekends. I would be willing to pay $50 per weekend to use it. I'll also sign a transfer of liability waiver if you're worried as well as a $500 deposit.

Thanks,
Gabe

Those U-Haul trailers aren't very well maintained.

I have access to a trailer, I'll see if I can get it for you what weekends do you need it?

limpimpg you have a PM.

I'm looking to use a 18'+ trailer, not a dolly.

I need the trailer this weekend (20-22) and next (27-29). I'll be trailoring a Grand Prix.

Good Rep +1 he used my dad's trailer last weekend, no problems and Gabe is a very nice guy to deal with. somebody has to have one that he can use. My dad has his car trailer tied up this weekend, but any time you need to use it Gabe just let me know.

most people don't register trailers, I know my dad has plates on his, but most of the car trailers I see on the road have no plates, so I don't know if that is a issue. But any way ttt

From what I read if the trailer weighs over 3000lbs LOADED, you are supposed to have it registered, but I am one of those people who does not.

I've been told that more than once but on the other hand my buddy got pulled over (out of state-IL) on the way home from buying his enclosed. I just don't want to take a chance especially if someone else is using it, and also for the fact that it took me 8 years to find one of these so I want to be as legit as possible.....

Thanks for the open offer Rick. That trailor is very nice indeed.

If anyone is wondering. I do use an electronic brake controller.
