Is the weather ever warm for you guys? Couple years ago I went up to watch and it was freezing.

Will anyone be out in there cars after it just snowed? I guessing that most people wouldn't want to drive them if they just put salt down two days before the event. What time does it get started?

They dont salt the track, they have blowers to take care of it. Its also going to be warm enough so ice on track wont be an issue. Trust me these guys bring thier cars to drive. Tech starts at 7am I believe on Sat morning and a mandatory drivers meeting. I'll get you more specifics as I get them.

I ment they salt the road to get there. I figure most of the people drive their cars to the track as to halling them on a trailer. Keep us posted. I will come out and take a look if it isn't raining or snowing!

the drivers pay good $$ for the event, they'll drive up still- I am. And just wash them good once getting back home. No big deal

I will be loading my car in the trailer tonight. I talked to Lori at RA around 3:15today and there is more blowing snow than anything else. The weather will be warm enough to melt the snow prior to Saturday. See you there!

I heard it was going to be crappy on Saturday with mixed snow and rain, Sunday should be nice with a high of 50

All weather places are saying wind sat w/ high of 45 & cloudy Sun in low 50's.

Is this a 2 day event? I take it everyone will be there on Saturday? Do all of the BCM guys park together? I figure if I am going to come out I might as well meet some of you guys. Where can I find you guys once we get out there?

This isnt really a BCM event but its Sat & Sunday. Some of us go there year after year to participate in it & help out. Park whereever, theres plenty of room to park. Its hard to say where to find us- just look for framiliar cars.

just an update for you guys. the snow seems to be melting off the roads FAST! everyone should have no problems getting there. i am sure the track will be great.
